Joy has more than a decade of experience volunteering and working in nonprofit health, education, social service, and youth development organizations in Western New York, Central North Carolina, and Chicago. She is passionate about supporting organizational growth, infrastructure, and sustainability while also centering the vision, voices, and needs of women, youth, LGBTQ people, and communities of color.
